We present our second litter of Yakutian Laika dogs. Parents come from a bloodline with a pedigree. We have 2 girls and 7 boys. The price is f1222 including vaccination and BAER hearing test required for the breed, vaccinations, food, starter pack, deworming and defleaing and a mountain of love. Great socialization with city noises because we live on its outskirts where it is quite loud due to the neighborhood of factories and local renovations, etc. Puppies are raised in a busy house with children and a cat and both parents. Puppies are looking for responsible guardians willing to learn about the breed and its requirements to avoid unwanted problems in upbringing. Dogs of this breed are not ordinary dogs. They are independent but very devoted to their guardian and respect the rules prevailing in the house if they are clearly presented to them and if they themselves receive respect from the guardian. These dogs do not tolerate pressure and the energy of chaos very well, therefore they require calm and balanced guardians, preferably without addictions, because they pay great attention to human energy, which changes under the influence of alcohol. They can be great companions for children, but they do not like unruly children and those who abuse their kindness. Children are best from the age of 5, especially when it comes to puppies. They are not trained for children with autism or other problems, so I do not recommend them, they can be too intense, but it depends on the individual. You should also know and remember that Yakutian Laika have strongly developed hunting instincts and will gladly chase a bird, squirrel and smaller breeds of dogs or cats, although mostly for fun, not to kill because this was one of the original tasks of their ancestors. These are dogs suitable for sledding as well as for obedience and agility sports. They can live with a cat in the same house, but you have to keep this in mind. We have one cat, so I know what it looks like. On a daily basis, the cat tries to stay out of the way of the dogs and sometimes goes on walks with us and provokes the dogs with his behavior. I recommend Noe for rabbits or guinea pigs, they can consider them as food unless small animals are properly secured, then I do not see a problem but then at your own risk.
