My name is Duke and I am in need of a new home!

Experience with large dog breeds preferred – enough space for him and training needed.

Duke knows basic commands and tricks (sit, lie down, paw, recall etc) but doesn’t always want to listen – he is very food driven though so will do it for treats!
He loves to play with footballs and tennis balls – will retrieve and bring back.
He hasn’t been trained to do security work or anything of the sorts, we bought him to just be a family dog.
He is very excitable – likes to jump up and loves his fuss, attention and belly rubs.
He walks well on leash – sometimes wants to go up to people but only to say hello – he is not aggressive towards anyone.

Not spayed but he is microchipped and up to date on vaccines – we have papers for these.
He is not KC registered.
He gets along with cats and babies.
His DOB is an estimate.
His parents are both GSD too – mom is long haired, working security farm dog and dad is short haired. We don’t have much more information than this.

We love him but we can’t give him the time and attention he needs as we have a 9 month old baby and we are going into full time jobs.
